Innokas expert Kimmo Frondelius has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. He has a wealth of experience in different co-creation projects, including regulatory affairs, quality management, risk management, design and development, verification and validation, clinical affairs and manufacturing.
Risto Laurila & Kirsi-Marja Vakkala
Risto and Kirsi-Marja bring decades of expertise from ABB Drives, with Risto contributing over 30 years to electric drives technology and innovation, resulting in 15 patents, and Kirsi-Marja providing over 40 years of experience in process development, quality management, and customer-focused solutions. Both have played pivotal roles in advancing requirements management and holistic systems engineering, significantly shaping the field through continuous improvement and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Suvi Rikkilä
Medical device R&D Project Manager Suvi Rikkilä has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare technology at GE Healthcare, Philips, and Icare Finland Oy. Her comprehensive background in large companies and knowledge especially in verification has created strong basis for product development. Now at Icare she works with many areas in product creation process: project management, requirement management, usability, risk management, design, software, cybersecurity, hardware, traceability, algorithms, clinical affairs, verification, and validation.
